Inspiration Behind The Song

I was contacted by a DJ called Bobby G, who told me that a Producer – Trevor Elliott was looking for British artists to write songs for his tracks and at the time I was in the process of producing an album for our Prison Ministry. Trevor then sent me a couple of tracks and two of his tracks were suitable for our project, which was in fact an answer to prayer, because a few days prior to this I was praying for musicians, to help complete two songs I had written for the project. I was originally going to write a Lovers Rock song for this track; however, the chorus “Prince of Peace” came to me so I changed my mind and wrote this song for the track.
