On the 6th June 20, Ghanian Gospel Reggae artist Godwin Dash, released his official video ”Who Am I?”, produced by Semitone Records, based in Ghana.
The song paints a graphic picture of the life Godwin Dash once lived, before God turned his life around. It’s the third project from ”Iron Sharpeneth Iron”.
”The Iron Sharpeneth Iron project, is a concept God gave me to encourage the body of Christ through my music, in this time of sorrow and sadness. God also gave to me Proverbs 27:17, which solidified his backing for the project”

Godwin Dash says
”Who Am I? was inspired by the life I once lived before God rescued me. Waking up one particular morning, I got on my knees beside my bed, thanking God for all he has done for me. The next thing I realised, tears falling as I began reminiscing and recollecting hanging out in clubs, taking women from the street to my house, smoking etc.
How I almost went to jail at a very tender age. Life was hard sin was the only option, because I had been influenced by the older guys in my hood.
I also reminisced about my family of seven plus, mum and dad making it nine living in a single room apartment. {hmm God} Dad was a good man (God rest his soul) but could not take good care of us, and this led to the reason why some of us had to leave home to go fend for ourselves.
Coming back to myself to realise I was still on my knees soaked with my own tears, I quickly got up, called the studio (SemitoneRecords) and ask if there was availability for us to put this in song..
Today God has turned everything around, by the grace of God he’s doing great things in my life. To him alone I give all the glory…”
