Arts Council England release early information on National Portfolio Investment Programme

Arts Council England National Portfolio Investment Programme 2028-33

The aim for this Portfolio is to develop a strong, diverse and resilient cultural sector that delivers excellent work for more people, in more places. The process will be straightforward for applicants: we will ask for less information than we have done for previous National Portfolio rounds, and organisations will be able to tell us about their work, and their ambition, in their own words.

• Who can apply: arts organisations, museums and libraries
• How much can be applied for: from £50,000 per year
• How long the Portfolio is: five years from 1 April 2028 to 31 March 2033
• What can be applied for: for working directly with the public, in support of the cultural sector, or both
• When we’re accepting applications: this Autumn

The application process, and the decisions we make, will be shaped by our new Strategic Framework. The Strategic Framework has three objectives: Support excellence; Deliver for everybody; Reach everywhere.
